Hi, I had my 8yr massaged today for the first time, she was great and really enjoyed it. The equine masseur suggested I use rescue remedy to calm her nerves, either in her water for 2 weeks or just each time I want to hack her on a treat. Has anyone had any experience of using this and whether it worked. Or any bad experiences using this?
Thank you

I used it as part of my mare's rehab for travelling. I just sprayed some in her mouth about 15 minutes before I loaded her. It worked well and it did not take long before she settled. It just took the edge off her so she was more relaxed.

Great stuff for the rider too.

Is there a special horse version or are you using Bachs designed for humans? Interested as new pony gets a bit panicky with the farrier and I don't want it to turn into a battle with him.

I use rescue remedy as part of my mares routine in the summer when the seasons are in full force. 2 pipettes a day in feed.
