rescue remedy?

just bought some, doesnt say anywhere on the box or info leaflet so was wondering if you could tell me how long it takes for the rescue remedy to have an effect? when should i take it- straight before i need it or allow it some time to work?

Well my mum takes it everytime we go on a plane. She has a few drops before we leave for airport, when she gets there, then when she gets on the plane!! Im not convinced it works...more physcological

But she also gave it to my old horse who was a nutter on the lorry when something else was taken off...never worked!! She was always the same! She would put pretty much a whole pot in her morning feed!

First of all, put a few drops in a bottle of water for sipping whilst you're doing whatever you need it for. you'll also probably want to put drops on your tongue about 30-60 mins beforehand.
