I'm 13 and I get quite nervous before a show class or pc competition or rally. I've heard that Rescue Remedy can help. Is it any good? If so how much does it cost, how much do you use and how long does it take to kick in? Can you use it the same for ponies to calm them down?

You can get it from most chemists and you can use it on ponies. It has instructions on the bottle of how to use, Ive never used it myself but people I know havew and say its very good.Hope it works for you and have fun at the show

I used it for my driving tests. It might be mind over matter but i found it really helped and de-stressed me.As it is natural ingredients it is pretty hard to overdose.I used the spray version.I had a couple of squirts under my tongue half hour before my test.I cannot help with costs as i borrowed it from a friend.

I have friends who absolutely rave about it. For me personally, it didn't work. It usually costs around £5 - £6

the pastilles are great! I keep a couple in my pocket at shows or out hacking and just chew away when i need them...

used the drops on a horse before to hack him out - put 2 drops on a treat and gave him some 20 min, then 10 min before going out - deffo seemed to help.

I know some people say its mind over matter, however if it helps and its only a few pounds then give it a go!
