Hmmmmm very interesting. I am assuming they were using it on the lowest setting.

Very interesting. Have read about them being used to rehab horses with back injuries. Helping build up muscle and structure without stress or the added weight of a rider and saddle.

i have used them on many horses and ponies and love them, but for my own i am doing the flatwork to back her bitless and hopefully encourage self carriage from the word go

Interesting, ive been doing alot with my young horse to strengthen him after he suffered 'growing pains' he is much stronger now, balanced and sound *touch wood*

also sue dyson diagnosed his growing pains, shes great! I am using alot of her studies in my dissertation

I'm using one specifically to help build top line without the weight of a rider, on a horse that has various limb and a pelvis issue. She's always gone well in a Pessoa, working long and low and no head arguing, so I'm happy using one, but it's always good to have the experts agree
