Is she actually resting them or just not putting weight on them as she is about to move her leg forward? I can't describe it very well but my horse used to look like he was resting a leg when in actual fact he was just a greedy gut and was planning his next step towards more food! If she rests them while standing and not grazing I would be worried but if she is not lame and just resting them when grazing I wouldn't be. Did you have her vetted?

Both of my horses does this while grazing and their legs are quite long so they tend to sprawl out or one leg forward while one rested one was AA which was very leggy and current is TB who's also quite leggy.
