Well i have a saddle that a person said i can have if i want it, its a long story but she was getting rid of all her horsey things. Anyway, the problem is, the saddle is in two parts. One part is the bottom flap with the panels and the other part is the rest of the saddle. Overall the leather is in good condition. I'll be taking it to the saddler to check if the tree is sound and wether or not it's worth putting it back together and how much that will cost. Do any of you have experiences of this sort of thing before as in has it worked and did you end up with a normal sound saddle? On average how much does it cost?
Thanks
