Does your livery yard reduce your bill if they cannot offer turnout/'close' fields due to bad weather conditions?

Just musing......

Wouldn't expect it to be honest, YO is not responsible for what falls out of the sky and has to pay bills just the same. I just take it on the chin. Fingers crossed it stops raining soon...

No, never even thought of it. However 'restricted' on ours means no 24/7 turnout. This year he's already said he only wants them out 14hrs max a day (or night) except when the grounds frozen when he's not fussed. Tbh reduced rent in bad weather sounds ridiculous. I don't ask my landlord for a reduction in house rent because I can't use the garden in bad weather, why would I expect a yo to?

unless you are getting less than what you signed up to them no.

obviously I meant a major difference as in yes they can stay out 24/7 to oh actually in 24/7.
not just sorry restricted as fields are so wet.
