I finally got round to getting Quince tested for EMS, and He has it badly. So the glucose was normal, which I kind of expected because he isn't that fat he is at a weight the vet is happy with. But the insulin was extremely high, 228! So now I know why he hasn't been acting himself which is a huge relieve, as I can actually help him, now I know what it is, as i thought it was just his ulcers but a part of me knew that wasn't true. So going to go ahead with a month's worth of Ertugliflozin and see if he seems happier and take a another blood test at the end of the month to see if it has worked. If not will have to make a very hard decision. Just thought I'd let you all know. Thanks
