from my "i think im an idiot thread"

vet came out this morning.... and did an internal on the 4 year old, and felt nothing (but we think she would have to be 6months + pregnant if she was!)

so basically im told to wait until she comes into season to be sure as the last blood test on a diff horse wasnt conclusive - we could have scanned but that costs £££ and i dont think vet was convinced enough to do an scan.

so for now, feed is being cut down, hay and exercise increased as obvs shes just a chunky monkey - but it dosent explain the funny shaped stomach?? to me it wasnt a "fat stomach".... but hey ho im not a vet.....

im not sure tbh- i dont think she was convinced - which admitidly i was a tad disappointed but realistically it would ruin every plan i had with her (i want to take her jumping next week...!)

so basically if she gets any rounder with less feed but more exercise i will get them back out... (for a scan)...

i have to admit though im still not convinced.... guess when/if she comes into to season like the vet said she will be able to tell

but its just her stomach is just very weird. lol
