Retirement livery in Hertfordshire

I have only ever read posts on here, never registered, but I have now joined the site so I can post..........
I am looking for retirement livery for my horse in Hertfordshire. Ideally 24/7 grass turnout with access to field shelter, rug changes, 2 daily checks and basically cared for by someone who would treat my horse as they would their own.
If anyone can recommend anywhere in Herts, South Cambs or West Essex (Stantead, Harlow etc). I would want to visit my horse regularly, hence the area restriction.
Also, any experiences of putting your beloved horse in retirement livery (good, or otherwise), would be welcome.
