Retirement Livery

I spent a bit of time looking into this a few months ago for my mum's pony. Prices range from as little as £20 per week to as much as £60+. Facilities/levels of care vary enormously. We settled on a fantastic yard in mid wales, really nice people, they come in at night in the winter and then live out 24/7 in the summer.
Feed bedding hay etc all included for the price, and we pay £42 a week. Really nice place/people though.
PM me if you want more info! Cheaper ones tended to be live out all year round more herd environment, less human interaction, more expensive were usually in the home counties!!

i pay £30 a week in summer and £35 a week in winter - includes daily checks, rug changing if needed, hay and hard feed as needed, getting in for farrier/vet. worming and foot trimming is extra. this is out 24/7 on plenty of grazing in small groups in Oxfordshire. It's perfect and I've never seen my boy so chilled and happy.

thanks,
i was going to ammend my post to include more but my laptop froze and i guess not many will see this post now - never mind. Thanks for your replies
