Retirement Livery

Does anyone know of any yards that offer retirement livery? Ideally in the north east but i'd be prepared to move my horse further away if I found the right place.

have you searched google for these? there are quite a number of specialist retirement livery available and I think there is one in the northern area, sorry cant be much more help than this...best of luck though

Yes I've been searching and the nearest one I can find is in the Midlands. I wondered whether anyone on this forum knew of smaller yards that offered this service but do not advertise on the internet.

Hi there i have a small livery yard at my home in staffordshire i have an old mare thats retired and a couple of horses in full work and a shetland for company. What kind of service would your horse require? Could i be of help ? if you would like to chat see photos etc then you can email me i will put my email on here if your interested? Thanks for your reply. The retirement packages that I have been looking at include everything:
All year turnout, stabled at night in winter
Feed & hay/haylage
Shoeing
Dentist
Bedding
Worming
Grooming and general TLC
