How much can you expect to pay for retirement livery, around Oxfordshire/Berkshire area and what is typically included?

If I were to send a horse on retirement livery I would want the following:
- herd turnout
- safe fencing
- well drained ground (no bogs in winter)
- good acreage and ideally undulating
- good natural shelter
- access to emergency stabling if needed
- twice daily visual checks with one of those hands on
- hay as required
- handling for vet/farrier
-minor wound treatment
- worming program
- rugging/fly masks as needed
How much - I’m not sure what the going rate is tbh but the right set up I’d expect at least £80pw if not more where land is scarce

In cheshire, for all of the above I pay £200 per calender month in the summer and £275 a calender month in the winter because of the haylage they put down.Extra if they have to come up to one of the stables for any reason.Next winter he is going to go on barn livery between November and end of March. They have acess to the field as well as the barn on that and that will cost £290 per month.

I'm Cheshire too and pay £255 pcm for all the above plus all hoof trimming.
When he has had to be stabled I haven't paid extra for the first few days but have bought my own hard feed and have contributed to bedding if likely to be in for longer. I have assisted with mucking out too but only on the days I could get there which wasn't every day.

I can recommend this facility

^^ Another vote - it's a lovely setup and the horses want for nothing. It's where ours will eventually go.
