Retro-fit neck cover???

I have a Fal Viking turn-out rug, but it doesn't have a neck cover, nor does it have anything to fasten one to!

Just wondered if you can buy one separately (with fastenings)? or if there is anything else you could do? I don't really want to buy another rug as my existing one is fine!

Any ideas would be appreciated - thanks!

Get a rug repairer to add D-rings?

Then you can stick a normal neck cover on
