Has anybody had to return a faulty pair of boots to Ariat before? I bought a pair of jod boots 12 months ago, worn them for competitions only and the leather has cracked across the top of the boot. Ariat have said to send them back to them, has anybody done this before? How long did it take to a. get a new replacement pair or b. get the original pair returned if they were not deemed faulty?

These are now my hunting boots, and with the season just about to start I want to make sure I won't be without them for too long as I really don't want to wear my Sergio Grasso boots hunting, they are too expensive to get scratched and muddy!

About 2 years ago my daughter had a pair of jodh boots with a zip up the front. Within about 5 months of wearing them (once a week only for shows) the zip went on one of the boots.

I still had the receipt and so I took them to the shop I bought them from. They rang Ariat there and then who told the shop assistant to give me a new pair of boots from stock and then to return the faulty ones to them.

I didn't hear any more and the new boots have lasted the last couple of years and are now worn everyday.

Great service IMO.

Brilliant thankyou for the vote of confidence! They replied to my email within the hour, with a freepost address attached to the email... I can't really be without them for long so guess the quicker they are sent off the quicker I get them back! Cheers :)
