Dont know who to call really, the seller or manufacturer.

I bought/won a brand new Bartl Saddlecloth off ebay on 21 Jan and received it 25 Jan. Now I didnt use it straight away and ive not used it that much, so come to wash it for the first time on Saturday. When I got it out of the washer to hang it up to dry I noticed that on the underneath on the spine of the pad, the stitching is coming apart

- it also looks like someone has had a go at mending it as well

So quite disappointed in it. I followed the washing instructions and washed it with non biological powder.

Anybody had any problems like this with other Bartl products? Who would you get in touch with first? ebay seller or manufacturer or both?

it was sold as new - checked the decription and said it was new so will have to see what the seller has to say.
am finding it hard to get onto the website for the bartl though.....

You should def contact the Seller first. I had a pair of boots that were faulty and I phoned the manufacturer. They told me all returns/complaints had to be dealt with through the seller.

sent them an email - got a response already. YAY. Shes been really nice about it - great after sales!!
She wants some photos of the problem so she can get in touch with Bartl and her supplier to see what she can do for me.
Fingers crossed shell sort it out.
