That's an unusual and interesting pup! What were they bred for...some form of retriever and water dog?

Some friends of mine used to own Lyonhouse Colin. Is he in Rhus pedigree anywhere? He was a gorgeous dog, they used to do agility with him as well as being very successful in the breed show ring. I think he was top Toller for several years.

Lovely dog. And I do believe Tollers make the cutest pups ever.

My dog (not a Toller) comes from a breeder whose lines started in 1973, and they have pictures on their website going back beyond that. Love looking at all the great-great-greats in Stella's past
