Ribbon browbands - can you use them for dressage!?!?!?

my mum is in the process of making me the most stunning black and gold ribbon browband - only thing is, it seems to nice to just keep for the odd local show we may do! is it completely improper to use them for dressage?

I think diamanté is the thing to have for dressage

If you can get away with rhinestones, I don't see why you shouldn't have a black and gold ribbon browband...
Course... I dress my horse in pink so you probably shouldn't listen to me!

Awww I love it! I really hope that horse is a mare though! Don't think I'd ever wear something like that in public, I'd end up laughing too much.
