Just wondering what other peoples experiences with them is. I have now brought two things from them, the first was a pair of shire yard boots broke after a 4 days. They refunded the price but not the postage which is fair annoyingly it was only refunded by credit. So a few days ago i decided to spend the credit and brought a pair of sherwood long boots, they arrived late, the box is damaged and the boots are of poor quality and marked. So now i need to phone them up to get a refund and no doubt have to send to boots back which will bring the postage cost alone to £15 at least I'm down. So sorry about ranting i am just wondering have i just been unlucky or should i ry and make sure i get a full refund and not just credit from them. Also as quality is so poor would it be reasonable to ask for postage back.

Ive not either. But ring them and ask for a returns label, or for a refund of postage, if the goods are faulty. I have asked companies for my postage refunded and I have got it, its worth a try.

Never had a problem but if you bought a brand from Ride-Away it's realy the brand to blame as everything comes straight from the warehouse and in original packaging. If the product had a fualt they should exchange it though :)

Thanks all will phone in the morning. Wouldn't of minded so much if it hadn't of been late and if the box had at least been ok. Honest to god it looks like it was pulled from somebody tack room. Should of also of added boots look worn inside.

Might be a case of what brands you are buying as in the quality rather than the shop itself, although I agree you shouldn't receive damaged goods however if its just the box it could be down to the courier service.

Defo doesn't sound like they presented them very well! Were they the Sherwood ones with suede panels on inner side? I was thinking of buying them but wasn't sure what the quality would be like...
