Thinking of going to Rideaway this weekend to get a few things, is it worth it? Is it well stocked?

Depends how far you have to travel.......its not as big as you think, but yes it is very well stocked and I would prob go again

I like it but then it's not to far from me!

Good for rugs and clothes and also tack.

But NOT open on a Sunday

Well, travelling from northumberland, so a fair trek, but we might combine it with calling into Witton on the way back.

Size wise is it as big as say, tesco or asda? Or more Woolworths size?

Naahh - much bigger than Woolies.....like a big Tescos superstore say...

....perhaps if I hadnt gone the wrong way around the York ring-road I would have a much better memory of the whole experience!!!

I disagree - no way near as big as Tesco.

Impossible to say really if it is bigger or smaller than Tesco, Asda, Woolies etc, as every branch is a different size!

Its much bigger than anything else we have in the NE. I like to drop in after a day hitting the shops in York with my Mum. Its usually pretty well stocked - at least when ever I've been it has. If you've been to the saddlery at Team Valley - its probably 10x to 15x the size of that.

It isn't a bad size and they usually have quite a lot of stock...nowhere near as big as Tesco though!!
Give us a wave if you go, we live just across the field from them!

It's massive. Well worth visiting.

Oh and very well stocked. They have a good sale on at the moment I see. I used to live quite near there for a year or so.

It is great for online shopping,no messing and delivery very prompt

Yeah Horseworld probably isn't the best comparison but it was the only saddlery round here that I thought we might both have been to. Actually Rideaway in floor space is probably about the size of Danielle's indoor school including the spectating area if thats a better indication of size. Maybe a little bit bigger.

I go there alot but to be honest I'd never make a special trip from a long distance just to browse. Then again, I'm not a massive shopper, I just go for what I need. I don't do 'browsing'. It might be worth a trip out, you get free tea / coffee / hot choc too!
