I am a BHSII, college lecturer and competent rider who has recently moved to a new area (Silchester, Berks. RG7). I have previously owned and competed horses to BE Novice level, and BS Foxhunter. I have a lot of experience in bringing on young horses and producing them to the levels described above.

Prior to moving i was riding and competing two horses, one in BS competitions whose owner was at Uni, and the horse needed ticking over while she was away, and another Novice eventer whose owner was in a similar situation.

I am looking to find a horse to ride, perhaps one that is young and needs producing, and competing, or maybe if someone has a horse that they need riding a few times in the week while they are busy at work.

If anyone has any suggestions i would be most grateful. :)

Now or what about next year? I have a 3yo for backing this autumn who I am considering sending back to UK to a producer.

I know Silchester, would you have horse at home or at livery?

Take a look at my threads, with 3 I very much hope soon to be four when an injured one returns) should be plenty for you to ride. However the only really competitive one at the moment is Pig and you'd have to fight with R over her - but she can do weekday dressage and Bruno can do some dressage too (just a baby at the moment) depending on how tall you are. We are minutes away from Padworth, let me know if you would like to know more :)
