Just seen an ad for this confidence course, it sounds utterly awesome!

I am really interested in learning how to fall thereby knowing I can do it without hurting myself and being less worried to do more exciting things, there was a video a while ago of someone having a lesson on a sort of horse chucking you off simulator, being thrown onto a crashmat, it looked brill!

It is quite a bit of money at £240 for one day, but I think it sounds amazing and probably the riding lesson of a lifetime really. It includes a hypnosis session which I have had before and helped me overcome a lot of my worries (although they weren't really horse specific).
P.s. I am not connected with them or anything, just thought it sounded great as we see so many confidence related posts on here!
