Ok so I'm definitely on the chubby side. Not obese, but definitely needing to shift around 2 stone. As much as I am aware of my size and unhappy with the way I look, somehow I'm still lacking motivation to do anything about it so this is where I need your help!
I have a gorgeous new horse that I share, I ride her 4 times a week and ride a friends horse 3 times a week (so I ride Monday, Tuesday, Thursday then 2 horses on Sat and Sun). I also try and run, did a 10k on Sunday (albeit slowly!) - typically I try and run twice a week so I am exercising in some way pretty much 7 days a week if we count riding as exercise. You'd think with all that I'd be a lithe looking thing however that is not the case, still pretty short and dumpy looking
I think its my food that's the problem mainly, but also because both horses are young and green the schooling sessions are short and probably not keeping me all that fit.
Oh and I work from 9-5.30 mon-fri so sit on my butt most of the day looking at my computer!
So I'd love to hear from you all how you manage to ride, work and keep yourselves slim all at the same time - if I hear from you lot how you are all superhumans who fit in a million things in a day that might give me the kick up the bum I need! I'm getting married next year and want to start taking the dressage relatively seriously when share pony stops trying to kill herself so I dont want to be the chubby blob on the gorgeous grey WB
