Rider/help wanted OX7 area

I would love to find a VERY experienced super confident rider to help out with re-schooling a TB (maybe a part share type agreement) , how do i go about it? has anyone else succesfully done this sort of arrangement and if so how did you know they were trustworthy and good enough?
should i ask for refs?

Yes you should find out about their riding history, ref's from instructors would be good. If they have worked with horses find out where and what they were doing. Also they might have qualifications like Pony Club tests or BHS stages.
