I don’t now ride due to a head injury and am 76 but am half an hour from bury st edmunds, just wondering if he would be able to get me more flexible for day to day living or if it’s only for people who still ride, if so what sort of price would a one to one be?

I just did a free week with Riders Pilates Club. It was FAB! Really geared to the issues riders have. Very astute. It was as much about gently teaching muscles to switch off as it was about stretching or building strength and stability.

You could join for free and do a couple of sessions today.

I have signed up for three 6 week courses, when I had originally intended to just to the free week.

I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday's 2 hour group Rider Reboot workshop at Backwood Livery taken by David. It was nice to meet you there, webble :).

It was interesting to see the different techniques that can help people to become less restricted in their movement, and so to be better able to ride effectively. David kept checking back with us all as to whether we felt better, the same or worse than before. Although I am naturally very stiff, it was the most common techniques that worked well for me. Other people found other ways that helped - David has a lot of techniques to try.

There is a lot of laughter involved, but we all worked hard all the time.

Btw, webble was a particular star of the workshop at one of the movements we were asked to do ?. Me, less so ?.

scats, I do think that it could well work for you, too, once you are more healed. David is used to working with people recovering from various injuries.

Aaargh! I wish I'd known that was on. I'd have seriously considered going! It sounds great!
