I apologise if this is a duplicate post but I tried to reply to the riding buddies thread and for some reason it did not appear.
The North Cheshire Riders web site has several good rides in our area. Varied in length. Tnere is a very comprehensive talk round which is easy to follow.
Also if you google the Laureen Roberts Loops you can get details of 2 longish rides of about 18 and 20 miles. They can easily be shortened. Tney are easy to follow as they are marked with purple signs saying Laureen's ride. They stretch from Styal out to past Ollerton, taking in Wilmslow and Mobberley. You can easily pick them up from Alderley.
Most of the North Cheshire rides start where there is parking for boxes, sometimes at a pub
