Riding after dentist visit?

Please could people give me their opinions on riding almost immediately after a dentist visit (for a 30 minutes schooling session). Taking into account that the horse in question has very good teeth and has only ever needed a rasp in the past.

I always leave it a day, just in case the side of mouth have been caught.

The RS horses are always ridden the same day, and never seen any problems.

Would depend on what they had done TBH. I usually leave it a day. If it was a checkup with minimal work needed I don't see the problem so long as the rider was mindful of it and gentle with their hands accordingly.

I usually leave it a day. I do the same with vaccinations too.
