riding after worming

Just wondered how many days you give your horse off after worming? We give ours 2 days off, a friend of mine only gives one days off and somebody she knows gives 5!

What do you do?

i don't normally give any days off, normally it works out he gets his wormer during the week then is ridden at weekend, but didn't realise that you were supposed to give them time off after worming

No specific days off for routine worming- I generally worm in the evening before bed after any riding has happened that day, but if I want to ride the next day it wouldn't stop me

I worm in the evening and I would be happy to ride the next day. Unless your horse has a high level of worms, surely the wormer shouldn't be causing any undue upset in his gut?
