Hi everyone I’m thinking of buying a camera to wear while riding but I’ve no idea which one.
Helmet or chest mounted which is best?
Has anyone got any recommendations thanks ?

I use both - two clip on cameras front and back on a vest made for such things (hi viz safety camera vest by vbandz) and a head cam. Because sometimes one or two of the cameras can fail to record and the last time this happened was when a really nasty tractor driver decided to tailgate my two frightened horses & riders and one rider had a rear facing camera on which failed so I couldn't report the b*****d to the police. So me and my fellow riders now wear backup cameras.

I have two from Amazon. They come with various fitting so can go on your hat, chest or arms. I only have two as the first one went all fuzzy, so they sent another. Both work fine now! I put it down to the cold weather. You need to buy a separate SD card though.

I use a UHWK. I like it because it is very small and just sits on the peak of my hat. The downside is the battery only lasts 90mins.1571582024070914.jpg

TotalMadgeness, what camera do you use with the vbandz hi vis vest?
I use Boblov clip ons each with a 64Gb card bought separately. They have lasted a year now although they're pretty cheap and I didn't expect them to. Just remember to reformat the card instead of deleting the videos. Occasionally the cameras 'hang' but there is a reset button. The battery life is pretty good too ( i get at least 2 hours - 3 hours). Here's a pic from a boblov (actual image is clearer and larger but I had to crop and use a poorer quality file type to get on H&H!)
