Riding Clubs in Cardiff & surrounding

Im looking into trying to join a riding club..

But the ones ive found wont be looking for new members until next year? Plus, alot dont have websites.. anyone apart of one and if so, what one and are they any good?

I have my own horse but no transport? Is that a proble?

where abouts are you based?
There is riders 2000 based at alps park in wenvoe,
there is a club based in caerleon/newport although not sure of name. cricklands CLUB IS run at David broomes down newport.
there is islwyn riding club is near blackwood, as is smugglers run showjumping club
there is the safe riding club near rudry in caerphilly, and another at talygarn llantrisant. there is also a riding club in cwmbran

Riders 2000 is the big club in Cardiff, I think they're very popular so maybe this was the one that couldn't take on any new members.
I'm a member of the Rhyddid (a few on my yard are members/committee members) and they're more grassroots. Both these clubs are BHS Riding clubs. Depending on were you are transport my or may not be a problem.
SAFE is a bridlepath group, search under safe brideways on google.
