Riding fly rugs?

If anyone uses a riding fly rug could you please give me some feedback regarding fitting and how effective the rug is out hacking. Also can you use a running martingale whilst riding in the fly rug? The main makes appear to be Rambo, amigo, HKM and cashel.

I have the Rambo Flyrider rug. It's fab! Used it today and my horse was much happier hacking out! I don't use a martingale but I can't see it would be an issue - the hood is removable so you could just use the rug part.

The part I need the rug for the most is to cover my horses neck and chest, he gets so irritated with horse flies more so in this area than any where else, and I need to use a running martingale.

Anyone else used any other brand of rug?
