Riding hats - safety standards?

Just looking for clarity

Do people know if the standard each discipline e.g. PC, BE, BS, BD is the same and what that is e.g kite marked and BN...?

I think it's EN1384/PAS015 and must be kitemarked for Pony Club

I have to say I find the system very confusing! I was looking the other day trying to compare a hat that claims to be particularly thin with other hats, but they all had different safety standards and they seemed impossible to compare.
