riding hats- without textured inside!

Ok I am looking for a modern hat something like a gr8 hat, or the harry hall hats. The problem is most these hats have a lining with lots of small holes in it (hard to explain) My skull hat just has a flat lining and I want that as the other type gives me excema on my head!

So any ideas!!

Me too! Hope someone knows of one, I did resort to trying to puttin a piece of soft tissue across my forhead - didnt work very well, ended up coming out over my eyes! Ihad thought about stitching some soft fabric across the front. Thinking is as far as I had got though

Do you mean just around the forhead so you dont look like something off startrek when you take your hat off.
If so try the champion ventair, mines really comfi and has a flat lining across the front but ventilation higher up for the air to circulate.
I love mine best one ive ever had.
