I am considering using up spare leave in late feb / early march by taking myself off on a riding holiday. The entire plan is finance dependent, particularly as I think I am being terribly optimistic about what I can get for my money, but I thought if I could find out about good places anywhere, it would be her. So here goes:
-I am looking for somewhere preferably in the uk to save on traveling costs, but not too bothered where, and europe might be ok.
-I will almost certainly be going on my own, and dont want to get bored. Therefore I will either want somewhere where there may be other adults too at the same time, or extra facillities such as a pool or something (but I suspect that bumps the price significantly) or even better somewhere where you really do ride all day
-Feel at a bit of a loose end learning wise at the moment, so if the schedule included a lesson or two daily with a reasonably good instructor that would be even better.
-Wide range of horses prefered so I could get a chance to try out a few different ones
-Accommodation doesnt have to be posh or anything, but Im phobic about bugs so no tents etc.
-As cheap as possible. Some that I have looked at cost more than it would for me to just buy a horse!

yorkshire riding centre but its not cheap. I posted on here a few months ago about the same subject and got quite a few suggestions look up my old posts it may still be there
