My dads booked a holiday for us at Haven's hopton holiday village place and as good as it looks - there is no riding/horse related things on their website and I won't be able to cope for a week

Anyone know if theres any riding schools, holiday riding etc. places nearby I can go to for a lesson or hack while I'm there?
Even if it is the holiday I'll be willing to help out, if anyone needs it while I'm there

Pakefield is Ok for a beach ride theres a short hack through town to get on beach but its good when you get there. They have indoor school if weather is naff too.

There is a couple in Caister area North of G. Yarmouth, I did go for a a hack there once but forgot the name of the place.

It wasn't brilliant hacking though, mostly lanes.

Used to work at Pakefield, they're hacks are ok as long as you are ok with about 15 mins road work before you get to the beach....they used to do (not sure if they still do) 3 hour rides, which we a lot nicer in my opinion. Wouldn't advise a "lesson" there unless you want to fork out for a private one though as they tend to cram their classes a bit.

There is a couple in Caister but one closer is in Ormsby St Margret, unfortunately I can't think of the name of it, but I can find out for you later if you give me a PM and as soon as I get back from town I'll let you know coz I will pick up the Equestrian Directory.
