Riding In York/Yorkshire

Were going down to york this summer as usual and this year ive decided I would like to have a lesson of some sort whilst down there. Does anyone know a reputable center that does one off lessons with decent horses? Id like to have a dressage, sj or xc lesson but not a treck or hack. Nearer to Haxby the better but anywhere in North Yorks is fine. Any recommendations?

Or just up the road from there is Thick Penny Forge farriers, they have a new yard and I believe Gill ( the farriers wife ) does give lessons

Oh yep forgot about Chris Bartles yard! Expensive but great quality!!!!

Yorkshire Riding Centre is probably the best bet if you want a decent lesson. No idea on cost though.
