Riding lessons for men in Sussex?

My step-father and his friend have decided to try their hand at riding (eek!). Can anyone suggest a riding school in Sussex that has larger horses suitable for men?

What height and weight are they?

Oh crikey ermmm, well one of them is about 5' 8" and normal/slender build so 12st? The other is about 6' and, how can I put this, quite chunky (not fat) so I wouldn't like to take a guess at his weight! He has ridden a large cob before so I know there are horses out there big enough!!

Which part of Sussex?

Lavant House should for definiate Ditchling probably do too.
