Don't know whether this would be possible but I'm looking for someone to give me riding lessons. I have had a couple at a riding school but unfortunately I can only have them during the daytime and as I am at work this entails taking holiday.

Is there anyone in the Solihull area or thereabouts that would be willing to teach me either at weekends or evenings?

Thanks.

There a re quite a few RS round Solihull area who do weekend lessons. If you have your own horse theres quite a few private instructors that operate in thearea at a resonable cost. We have used Sadie Edwards, Sarah Coleman and Vicki Maris over the years. Sarah and Vicki are on my fb but I am sure Sadie is on the BHS website.

I think the majority have their lessons evening or weekend, ring up and see to book on one that you like. Not in your area, but been to 4 riding schools all lessons I have had on weekends, also well over ten that I looked at did, most will do weekends and evenings, (yet to find one that doesn't)

Best of luck!

Problem I have is that most weekend /eve lessons are for more advanced riders and they tend to put their regular clients in first

Try a few, regular clients tend to stick to the same slots, but there's normally some free, try a few private lessons, then they can add you to a group. Draft an email and send it out to some schools and see what comes back.
