I am riding like such a numpty this week - I hope it'll pass... Told my instructor all about it when we hacked out this morning, he'll try and iron out the kinks on Sunday when we have a lesson.

I just feel like I am letting my horse down and that's just not good enough!

(Sorry, rant over, I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like this ever)

I felt exactly like this Wednesday morning :o

Had a jumping lesson (still early on in my jumping education bear in mind!) but I found it so hard to fold properly I was just kind of... bending?! Then I fell off and landed on my bum. Felt a right muppet! (Lots of funny pics though! :D)

You def aren't letting your horse down. And you are a FAR better rider than me! It will pass :)

My numptiness however...!

Have a piece of carrot cake *munch*

TG xx

Thanks, guys!

Perhaps I wasn't riding like a plum after all...maybe more like a kohlrabi or one of those unidentifiable veg that you find in a veg box. Or chard, no-one likes that!

Still, must get it together as have a show on the 8th August and would quite like to compete with my head held high (as opposed to in disguise so no-one recognizes me)

My dog is called Plum and she rides very well when she gets on the shetlands...! Don't worry - no one is perfect and at least your making efforts

Don't worry, I rode like a sack of **** yesterday. Saddler came out at 2pm and wanted to see the boy work for 10 mins. My horse was being very naughty, and it was so hot and humid at that time of day I nearly had a coronary :o
