riding on day of physio

hiya, as above, my horse is having physio for his back tomorrow night at 6... do you think it would be ok to still ride him before his physio or should he be rested? Obviously will need to be rested on following few days.

Before should be alright if it is just routine visit from the backman. I would not do hard exercise, just in case it gives a false result to the physio.

yeh its just a follow up appointment.

i was wondering about just trotting over couple of 1ft6 jumps (i never normally jump)... do you think that could give false result??

I would ask your physio what they would like you to do!

I would say it's okay before, but I would leave a couple of hours after exercise before the time of the physio's visit - otherwise, although the horse would be nicely warmed up immediately after exercise, this could give a false impression to the physio.
