Riding on the beach at West Wittering. Any info??

Hi.

My friend has always wanted to go to the beach so we thought we would go to west wittering as *think* it's the nearest/nicest beach to us. We are in Berks.

I've searched on here and found a few threads saying ring cakeham manor. Ill ring them today. Is that the only place to park the truck? Are public car parks out of the question?

I have sorted out the tides so know when we should be going its just where we should actually go!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Look on the witterings website - I think there is only one place you can park - it's in a local riding stables and then there is a path to the beach. If I can find the link I'll post it here.

My friend said she thought you can park at the Bracklesham bay car park. Does anyone know about that?

I've got the number for the stables and will ring them as soon as its late enough
