There's a BHS approved yard fairly near Shrewsbury that I'd suggest you avoid, happy to PM if you want.

There's Prescott EC near Bashchurch. I've only been there for competitions so I don't know what they are like as a riding school, but the place is well maintained, horses look well cared for, great facilities (including indoor), etc.
