Riding schools in Essex (Romford/Loughton/Ongar areas) for a complete novice

Hi, I have my own neddys & have been out of the ridng school "scene" for too many years to menton !! One of my cousins (& possibly her OH !!) want to learn to ride - they're both complete novices. Can you tell me any good schools (or which to avoid !) - pm me if you prefer.
