Hello lovelies,

Just spoke to my sister, she's on a years pre-reg placement down in Somerset at the moment and is looking to get back into riding for something to do. We started riding at the same time (I was 4, she was 6), however she lost interest at 16 and hasn't really ridden since (she's now 22). She's a good rider so needs challenged, and would prefer private lessons...

Can anyone recommend a riding school within this area for an adult rider getting back into the swing of things?

Thanks in advance :)

Thanks guys :) Have either of you been to any of these places? Was on the Burcott website earlier and was quite impressed so will get her to look into it :)

She sent an enquiry to Wellows earlier so waiting to hear back from them, and will get her to check out Pippin too!

I have a couple of saddle fitting clients at Burcott, have met the owner who impressed me. School is huge, can't comment on the horses, though one of my customers' ponies is used in the school and is very nice.

I know both Burcott and Pippin yard owners, they train and compete to a high level and will offer a decent level of training, Pippin has an indoor but is further away.
