Riding schools in Sussex, suggestions?

Just as heading says really. Am looking for a new one. I've heard Ditchling Common Stud is good and Albourne Equestrian is too. Does anyone have any experience of either?

Sorry, don't really know that area so can't help, but I would definitely recommend visiting a few if you can and watching some of their lessons to see what the instruction/horses/atmosphere of the place is like. Good luck - hopefully you'll find somewhere soon that will help you get your confidence back on track!

er23 - am a beginner. 2 x 1hour lessons a week sometimes 3. Been riding about 5 months.

Nearly fell over in shock with Ditchling prices!!!
 
Ditchling's prices are standard for decent riding schools in this area now.

I would recommend mine but the prices are slightly more than Ditchlings and don't want to be the cause of any heart failures
 
Beauport park riding school!!! olympic indorr sized school and smaller indoor school as well, good hacking, xc course. very expericed teachers but also extremely friendly and welcoming!!!!! nr hastings east sussex 01424 851424
 
Although I have no experience of the stables that you refer too, I understand that Brinsbury College has got a riding school, not sure what it is like though! There is also a place in Mannings Heath near Horsham called Forest Farm which is really good, nice people and horses, however not sure if this is too far for you to go.
