I got to the yard tonight, and then it decided to start raining
I decided seenas I was there I might as well get on and ride.
So I borrowed someones exercise sheet that was too small, it only went about half way down Roos side and didn't go anywhere near far enough forward, but it kept some water off her.
I set up a 'sort of arena' in the grass where I ride, just put loadsa cones and poles etc out.
It was too slippy to canter, so we just did walk and trot. She was so much better behaved tonight, and having an 'arena' to work round sort of made me work better too, as I had something to look at and therefore could plan my next move.
I just need to get her cantering nicely now.
She's such a good girl
