Riding weekend breaks

My friend and I are looking for a long weekend break in late October that would offer a mixture of lessons and hacking. Somewhere within 3 hours drive from Cardiff, where she lives and 3 hours train ride from London where I live, preferably with an indoor school and accomodation.

Sort of areas we're thinking of are the Cotswolds, Worcestersire, Gloucestershire, Devon, Somerset, Hampshire, Sussex, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire or Leicestershire.

Anyone got any recommendations?

somerby in leicestershire are good. you have to stay in B&B, but it's lovely hacking and from what I've heard very good for breaks.

Church Farm in Mitcheldean Glos is fantastic! I go down there twice a year with my two!
