I am so happy...i now dont haveto worry about a possible operation or anything.

Al the vet has said is that there is the option of calming powders, but the lady at the yard has decided to wat and see how everything goes....as h has been goin out in a field for a week on his own and hasnt escaped

Knew he wasn't! Think I said at the time that my sweet INNOCENT elderly gelding used to regularly mount a JEZEBEL of a cob mare just coz the chemistry was right for them both!!!!! You could have wheeled a pushchair + baby back and forth under his belly or held a picnic on his back he was so safe and kind. Not a rig, just in love! It's a lot, lot, lot more common than people think!!!!

Exactly the same with my boy...Apart from he is in love with another gelding

But im very happy with the result

my horse is in love with another gelding aswell, so he is turned out by himself and he is being good as gold

I am please your chap is not a rig - but as someone who owns a yard and is suffering with a livery gelding that is unbelievably agressive I can understand them wanting the test done. I have insisted it is done on the gelding here and the owners are positive he is not a rig. I am not sure but if we can get rid of that as a possibility then we know what we are dealing with. I will be pleased in a way if he shows as a rig - at least then he can be operated on and can be 'sorted' if it is just behavioural - then to be honest there is little we can do with him and I will have to ask them to leave the yard as he is a danger to other horses.
