Right Fore Lameness

Any help thoughts appreciated.
Yesterday my lad was slightly lame in right fore.
Today his right fore hoof is v warm, he's v lame on it.
People at yard think abcess, it's only that right hoof he's having a problem on.
Have put him in his stable for tonight & hot poulticed it.

It sounds very much like an abcess. I would get your farrier to see him.

While waiting poultice it. If you can keep him turned out as the moving around will help.
