So I have an irritating new habit of riding off my right hand. Any tips for stopping this?
Right handedness in a rider?

Hold your rein so instead of going from small finger up to thumb it goes from thumb and through the hand....... It's rather hard to explain....
I guess what I'm trying to say is hold the rein backwards

My instructor had me do this the other day. It's great - you have nothing to pull from, but still have a contact. Strange feeling though.

....sorry. Agree with turning your hand round, or ride holding a whip across the top of your reins, in both hands, under your thumbs (hope you know what I mean?). Makes it virtually impossible to favour one hand over the other.
